Unfortunately Summer feels like crap. The neuropathy is driving her nuts and she just overall feels absolutely terrible. She hates taste in her mouth that the chemo causes - a constant metal-like taste.

| Pops made it through surgery successfully and is now bionic with a brand new hip! He gets discharged tomorrow! YEAH! ❤️❤️ |

| The temperature at Apt D got up to 96 degrees! Luckily Summer is in air conditioning as Bob and his dad plot about how to create AC in the van! |

| Meanwhile the lake celebration for Laura’s birthday has begun! |

| Summer and Bob spent most of the late afternoon enjoying the air conditioning. |

| Summer was able to get out and enjoy some of the blazing hot festivities. |

| Bob fixed the float motor so we hit the lake in style! Bob also fashioned a cooler so we could stay hydrated. |

Bob helped Summer remove the Neulasta device but she didn’t feel like cleaning her lines. Luckily the nurse comes tomorrow as well.
Tomorrow is hopefully a good rest day for Summer, the visiting nurse comes, Pops gets discharged from the hospital and it’s Laura’s actual birthday!
