Colby had a double header today & Colby pitched all 6 innings in the first game, winning the game 6-0, and Colby was named MVP!! Then the team surprised us with their new 'bling' on their helmets! They are all wearing #SummerSTRONG lymphoma awareness cancer ribbon stickers on the back of their helmets in support of Summer. We are so touched & absolutely LOVE IT!!

Summer & Bob went to Dana Farber today for day 3 of chemo. It went pretty smoothly.

And you’ll never guess what finally arrived at the correct address today! The Omaha steaks!! We will most certainly all enjoy this meal given all funny challenges in getting it here. Thanks, Nana! (Maybe we’ll have it with some Shakeology - haha.)
Summer commented that she could TASTE the chemo tonight. When asked what it tasted like, she replied “garbage” - ugh. But overall today was a pretty good day. The weather was beautiful & there were no tears! ;) GO CELTICS!!
When Bob & Summer got home from Dana Farber, they spent a beautiful afternoon out on the deck playing cribbage followed up by a delicious taco spread that Bob put on for us for dinner & then binge watching Community on the projection screen.

Wow, a great day despite the bad taste. Cobly’s team is sooo cool with their support for Summer. What an arm—6-0 and MVP! Awesome! Somebody going to be eating high on the hog. Goodie! Two more days to go but who’s counting. Now we gotta will the Celtics into the win column. Go, Summer! Pops
