Last Day of Cycle 3 Thursday (Day 21 Cycle 3)

The picture above is Summer's PICC line and those air bubbles are kind of freaking us out, I am not going to lie. Summer went into the hospital yesterday for routine bloodwork and they detached the extenders. When it was all put back together, this is what we got. Soooo we made the executive decision that since she is going in to Dana Farber tomorrow for treatment, we would not clean her lines tonight and just leave it for the professionals tomorrow. Don't worry, it was all closed off so not threat to Summer. ;)

Summer was VERY happy that her dad was back and as a result we all stayed up probably WAY too late laughing and enjoying the night. We had to take a Team Summer picture with our new straw hats and Pit Vipers.
Tomorrow marks the halfway point of Summer's chemo treatment. It feels soooo good to say that we are HALF WAY!!
At some point this past week, Summer stopped logging her meds. She’s a pro now.
