Wednesday Grabbing the BULL by the Horns! (Day 14 Cycle 2)



Schedule:

        9:40am Summer to RMV for driver's license renewal

Tomorrow is Summer's birthday which means, among other things, her driver's license expires so today she went to get it renewed.  Take a look at how she got her picture taken and tell me she's not your HERO!!

The new mailbox for Apt D acquired from “Buy Nothing” by Kim 

Bob and Kim are back home at Apt D after a whirlwind couple days between Eastman & MBTS and it was nice to get back! 

Tonight was a night of MUCH laughter!! Colby won his baseball game. We all had pizza and sampled delicious ice cream (my favorite was maple syrup pancake - thank you to Carly, Lynne & Paul Adams!).  We replayed the video of Summer & Laura opening the butterfly exploding package multiple times and learned of Summer & Laura’s mutual jokes. We wrapped up the evening watching the Celtics win another game in Miami!  All in all a great night rolling into Summer’s birthday tomorrow!

    Summer, you just proved you don’t need your luscious hair to be beautiful, you’re so beautiful with your fuzz top. You’re everyone’s hero. Your driver’s license proves it. I wish I were half the man that you are woman. Happy Birthday, Pops.

Summer is OFFICIALLY CANCER FREE!!

 OMG BEST NEWS EVER!!!!! Summer met with Dr. Parry - got her results today and she is “NED - No evidence of disease” - which means that Summer is officially cancer free and in remission!!!! Her heart is “totally normal” and Summer has moved into surveillance mode with check ins every 3 months for the next two years!!! 💚😂💚😂 Bob took a ton up pictures and we will write up a post later but for now …  WE CELEBRATE!!

Finally time for a HAIRCUT!

Summer is glowing after her haircut this evening!    Summer’s gorgeous hair is growing in full & thick!  In celebration of her returning locks, Aunt Becky gifted her a haircut in Boston which she took advantage of this evening - and WOW !! 🤩🤩🤩 “No more mullet!” ~Summer We have all loved watching Summer’s hair grow back.  Summer looks STUNNING in short hair.  Tonight was a wonderful milestone and made a huge difference being able to go to a salon to get it cut & styled.  YOU LOOK AMAZING SUMMER!! 💚💚💚
