Wednesday - More Homemade Hats & More Hair (Day 16 Cycle 1)
The day was an overcast, stay in bed kind of day.
Summer's hair began quickly falling out today which made her neck super itchy & was probably the cause of her not being in a very good mood.
Lucy sent her a care package with hand made hats, a shark with horse legs and tiny plastic babies. I am sure there is more to the baby thing that I can comprehend (one of them was melted - haha. Like on purpose.)
Laura called around for wig shops/appointments. I didn't realize that was going to be as difficult as it was! She finally got one with www.salonat10newbury.com in Boston for Wednesday at 12:30pm.
But then of course the Cardiologist called to set up an appointment - not with Dr. Pang - but with Dr. Anju Nohria from BWH, and that appointment is for 12:30 on Wednesday as well - soooo Laura had to change the wig appointment to 5:30pm.
For lunch we ordered Jersey' Mikes (YUM!) although Summer wasn't feeling great so opted for her dad's jambalaya instead.
Another charcuterie masterpiece was enjoyed & then we had delicious wings. Summer did not eat much. Not much of an appetite today.
