Tuesday Update - Haircut schedule & Shrek Hat! (Day 15 Cycle 1)

Today Summer got an email from the Unum Service Center about her claim stating that she had 3 action items outstanding.  I logged in and was able to take care of 2 of the 3 - Update her medical provider info with someone from Dana Farber (I submitted Dr. Parry).  Update/Confirm her leave dates.  Submit Medical Provider Form (due Monday May 9).  So I printed the form, created a fax cover letter and faxed to Dr Parry with a request to return the form faxed to both Derek and Unum directly.  Derek faxed the letter that day.  

Summer's haircut appointment with Darby is at 2pm.  

Summer got another bloody nose. 

Jocelyn sent a number of adorable hats - this one may be the cutest yet! 

Summer called to set up an appointment with Dr. Peng because they have not called her back.  They cannot see her until August.  When she said that she was told she had to meet with him within 30 days, they said they would put her on a waitlist and check with the doctor & get back to her.
