Easter Sunday Summer Update:

| Summer loved the food - the pasta, green beans, vegetable medley and of course PRUN JUICE!!! |
Summer had a bit of a rough night - her heart rate was low and her heart was “occasionally pausing”. Her oncology doctor believes this is normal and a result of the steroids doing their job & killing off the tumors. The doctor also stated that she will continue to have side effects like this - that’s why she’s here.
They got some additional results today supporting their current prognosis -which is also good. They hope to have the final results tomorrow. Once that happens they will meet with all of us to discuss the treatment plan and then we’d start chemo on Tuesday.
Summer is being such a trooper & trying to stay positive but today she’s sad/scared/anxious about these latest heart issues.
Now we wait for the cardiologist to make his rounds. I’ll send around updates this afternoon.
